Abstract:Since the initiative of “Silk Road Economic Belt”was launched, Central Asian countries have been responding actively, which makes a good start for its comprehensive implementation. Meanwhile, to create favorable conditions for the construction of“Silk Road Economic Belt”, risks in the fields of great power games, power shift and non-traditional security should be analyzed objectively and both sides need to communicate closely, intensify mutual trust and strengthen cooperation.
