"Some of the media reporters were among the arrested. I regret that this happened, but it was not deliberately done by the police. There may be some misunderstandings in the process. In the future, we will strengthen strict supervision over police officers to ensure that this kind of situation will not happen again. " He said.
According to him, the time of arrest and detention was not long, and the police did not make detailed statistics on the number of people.
The police did not encounter resistance in the process of arrest, and the social order was not damaged.
It is reported that citizens had previously applied to hold a demonstration near the observation tower of bayjerek in Astana, but the municipal government did not approve the application. Therefore, any attempt to organize a demonstration within the scope of the observation tower is considered illegal.

"There were no illegal marches in Almaty, and attempts to organize them were unsuccessful. In some areas, about 20-30 people have gathered, but most of them either don't know that someone is trying to organize illegal processions or just come to see the busy people. They were also advised to leave the scene after being identified by the police. " He said.
